* Third 3rd and fourth 4th persons in room with two double beds are $20.00 per night/per person additional. Room rates do not include local taxes and fees, which are 14%. All the deposits for the individual reservations are fully refundable if the room reservation is cancelled by 4:00p.m. on the guest’s arrival date.  Should an attendee of the group cancel his or her room reservation after 4:00p.m. on their arrival date, one night’s room revenue will be non-refundable.  This constitutes a no-show reservation and the reservation fee becomes the property of Sofitel Philadelphia.
