On-Site Registration
Registration for the 18th International Sports Medicine Fellows Conference is now closed. Registration will be available on-site at the conference.
Cancellation
Refunds will be subject to a US $25.00 processing fee, and may take up to four weeks
to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by the Course Office
by December 15, 2017. No refunds will be issued after December 15.
Group Registrations
Fellowship Programs wishing to register multiple Fellows may choose to register them
as a group. Please contact the Course Office directly for further information regarding
Group Registrations.
Optional Friday Hip Arthroscopy Lecture and Group Demonstration Session
An optional Lecture and Workshop session will be held on Friday, January 26
for interested fellows. This session requires an additional registration fee
of $50.00. The session will include lectures and cadaver demonstrations on hip
arthroscopy by expert surgeons. Please note, registration is on a first-come,
first-served basis.
