Get ready for an engaging and fast-paced session designed to test clinical reasoning, teamwork, and surgical strategy. Fellows will be divided into teams, each guided by a faculty “Coach.” A Moderator will introduce each real-world case, followed by small-group breakouts where teams collaborate to determine their optimal plan of action. Teams then face off in a “Team vs. Team” treatment debate, presenting their approach in: - 30 seconds to outline the plan - 60 seconds of rapid-fire Q&A from the judges’ panel - 30 seconds of scoring and feedback After the competition, the Moderator reveals the actual treatment plan and patient outcome, providing a unique learning moment that bridges theoretical strategy with real clinical results. Possible case topics include: Small Defect · Large Defect · Focal Defect · Complex Reconstruction · Recurrent Patellar Instability
